Exhibition Process

We periodically post a call for artists to propose an exhibit. Submissions are open to artists who reside and create their work in the United States.

Each year, the Art Center selects a panel of curators, artists, gallery owners, and guest judges with considerable experience in the visual arts to review artist proposals. The panel recommends finalists to the Georgetown Art Center Exhibits Committee, where final selections are made.

Main Gallery exhibit

The Main Gallery is approximately 750 square feet in floor space with 500 square feet vertical space on four movable walls.
